You should move them to a 110 gallon (or more, 125's are ideal) tank that has length and width, not height (really you want a six foot tank), and I'd suggest doing it yesterday.

Or at the latest, within the next month or so.

They'll grow at about an inch a month, but in a smaller space like you have them now, they'll start arguing very soon, and water quality will be a pain once they hit four inches.

I had him in a 30 gallon for about 3 days, then I moved him to a 55, and water quaility is getting to be a issue. I'm about to move him into a 75 to make things easier. Def at least 100 gal for two.
