I'm fairly certain the corys won't eat planaria. Very few fish find those worms appealing. Also, I wouldn't want to risk the poor cory being attacked. Moving a fish also doesn't exactly stimulate its appetite.
Why not try a 'planaria trap'?
You will need a:
Small plastic bowl with a lid
A small weight (like a stone)
Some fishing line
Bait (anything chunky - like beefheart or shelled prawn or even a compacted wad of slightly soaked fish food

)
A sharp screw driver (to heat up and burn the holes - an awl works too, as does a soldering iron)
1. Take your small plastic container.
2. Heat and punch or drill some tiny holes all over (big enough for the planaria to crawl through). If you have small fish make sure they can't get in.
3. Put a weight inside the container (small stones really do the job here).
4. Tie your fishing line to the top of the container to get it our easily.
5. Insert some sort of bait. (frozen blood worms work too!)
5. Put in the tank, wait...1-2 hours.
6. Take out the catch ...and pour boiling water on them to kill them.
When you take it out, have a cup or bowl ready so the planaria doesn't spill out with the water.
I still think addressing the source is better than doing a stop-gap method like the above, but this will help cut down population while you don't want to vacuum.
