Are there any aquarists in the arkansas area? Specifically central Arkansas? Sometimes I really wish that I hadsomeone nearby that I could call or talk to during emergencies other than people at petco or petsmart or someone to contact if it is after business hours. Sometimes its stressful just having to post online and pray someone is on and sees it and replies while u are freaking out lol. I don't know anyone else with tanks or that is into it at all... I am the crazy fish lady around here. Would be nice to have another nearby crazy fish friend

I know what you mean about having no one to talk to in emergencies (except the great people on OFL) because I don't know another person around here who keep fish. I joined a forum/group called the Northwest Arkansas Aquarium Society but they meet in Rogers & that's too far for me to drive for a meeting. I don't think any of them keep Oscars either. Have you checked online to see if there is a club/group anywhere in your area?

For a bit of fun i asked google maps for directions from Corowa to Arkansas.

Its 25,066 kms and it actually tells me to Kayak 5404 kms across the pacific ocean to Japan then i have to kayak 6243 kms to hawaii then another 4436 kayak ride to Washington. Then its just a road trip to your house. Leave the front light on, i could be a while....

Lmfao!! Make sure u don't have any holes in that kayak and u might bring an extra paddle just in case lol pick me up something in Japan... lol
