I have the equipment should build a new fish tank
The size should be 80X80X65 cm (105 gallons)
It is just too wide too deep and not long enough, can I consider it like any 100 gallon tank or its form doesn't allow establishing territories for instance can it house a couple of green terrors ?

You could house any smaller cichlids in the tank. However, I had a tank that was 32in x 32in x38in and it just didn't allow any swimming space for the Oscars.

It now houses (in someone elses possession) a TON of Africans an it looks BEAUTIFUL..

But Oscars need to do more than swim in a circle.. :)

i think it could be cool with the right setup. (type of fish, etc).

you could do a nice tall display in the middle, and the fish would just swim around in a circle.

What ya gonna build the tank out of.. and maybe it will work depending how u decor it might look nice with a center piece

AFAIK an 80X45X45cm tank is a classic oscar tank

bare minium for an oscar is a 55g, 122x30x53cm
