Thought i might contribute a recipe of mine to the site =) i love cooking and this is one of my specialties (basic version not going to reveal the complex version)
Preheat oven to 180 degrees celcius
First off we must make the dough.
*Dough*
1¾ cups Self-raising flour
½ cup Parmesan cheese
¼ cup Olive oil
⅔ cup Boiling water

I find its best to not get exact measurement on the flour but to do a little less then 1¾ cups for a better texture to work with, if too crumbly add only a light splash of water then a sprinkle of flour and work into dough.
Ok once your dough is made and you are happy with the consitency wrap it in clingwrap and set in fridge untill you are done preparing ingredients.
*Toppings*
You can add whatever toppings you feel fit but for my recipe i used.
Red salad onion
Red and Green capsicum
Shaved ham (fried up before putting on pizza)
Pineapple peices (in juice not syrup)
Cheese (grated)
*Sauce*
Premade "pizza" sachet sauce (add extra garlic paste and olive oil to taste)
Once all toppings are prepared and ready line your desired pizza tray with baking paper and unwrap your dough placing it in the centre of the tray. press dough out from centre untill desired size is aquired. Squeeze and roll edges slightly to form a crust edge. With a fork put holes throughout the pizza base to stop air pockets from forming under the dough.
Place pizza base in oven for about 10 minutes or untill colour change to very light gold and base has puffed up slightly.
Remove base and cover with sauce and desired toppings.
Put assembled pizza back into oven untill cheese turns golden on top.
Remove, Cut, Serve and ENJOY.
