Like a few doors down from me they have a cat she is lovely; they got it because their friend was bored of her. However they split up and the woman moved out with the kids. The guy was out at work all day long hours and she got left outside, she had a shed to go in but she wonders around. Everyone said he was cruel and she was a stray but if you talked to the guy; that cat was the only thing keeping him going and he loves her to bits. Also cats tend to say hi like Diego he has his own chair in next doors garden and Marion even lets them in her house like the cats are her friends she is old lady and she talks to them its sweet and I glad she isnt a cat hater.

Often people do tend to get bored of cats though and kick them out its such ashame

I believe there are reds, tigers, albino, etc and then other shops sell them as;

golden, lemon, snowies, snake skins, leopard etc Ive seen loads of names for the same oscar. I think its best to go with the most healthiest ones to be honest and then be happy with what you got. Besides its the characters that are important not the looks.

I think you are ok for now but you have two BNplecs and they look small but they poo loads and so do oscars and in my experience plecs plus oscars just means poo poo poo everywhere.

I think if you can get a 150gal tank that would be best in long run also your convicts might become aggressive if they pair up in which case the bigger and longer the space in the tank the better. You dont realise how much better 6foot is to 5foot untill you have it.

But also like mentioned keep an eye on your nitrates it you are willing to keep them below 20 with good maintence then a slightly overstocked tank shouldnt become an issue. Its only a problem is you are lazy or not fully committed

yea Ive done gutte pipes with lava rock glued on I used fish safe sealent I forget name, aquasafe or aquaone or something similar

I also use coconuts but I havent put anything on them as they are for BN but I mainly use driftwood in my tanks or smashed pots.
